Another good day today, Arden and Rob came around to see us at 15.00 this afternoon which was very pleasant.
It was sunny and nice, Arden and Rob said it was 16 degree outside, which was very pleasant weather and suggested we go out.
We sat in the front room for abit, time for tea and biscuits and a wee nip of Trinidad rum, which Rob enjoyed.
Then we went for a walk around the neighbourhood, the weather was really lovely, people were out in lighter clothes, many in t-shirts.
Not me I had my winter jacket on which I needed to have zipped up, as out of the sun the wind was quite icy, certainly felt like ice to me.
The dogs came with us and were happy to be out with us, especially Marleen who gets very
excited when she goes out with me.
I really enjoyed going out as I have not been out for ages and then only to the hospital, so getting out and about was great.
Wonder if I will sleep better tonight, I think that I will, I so enjoyed sitting in the sun which felt so very good.
Had a parcel with lovely birthday presents from Gareth and Paul from Wales this morning, lots of lovely presents wrapped in gold paper.
