Today was a total contrast to yesterday, then it was warm and sunny while today has been a colder grey day.

So very glad we went out yesterday and I got to enjoy the sunshine and the people on the street and on the market.

The positive experience has really lifted my spirits and given me a huge much needed boost that has done me good.

So good that I want to repeat the experience as much as possible this spring and summer

and I will.

Last night I was tired after our trip up the road to the market, I did not realise how exhausting rolling up the road would be for me.

But it was, last night I felt quite exhausted and looked forward to sleeping soundly last night, this did not happen.

Thanks to our neighbours across the road who had a party that lasted until the early hours, the loud music and their shouted conversations stopped us sleeping.

At some time around 05.00 I finally managed to get to sleep only to be woken up at not long after 08.00 by kids playing outside on the street.

Ah well live and let live, tonight all’s quiet outside so I think that sleeping won’t be a problem for Richie and I tonight.

I am starting to feel abit better today, glad that I am no longer on the antibiotics as they seem to really drain me of energy.

Today is going to be a short post as Richie is taking my glasses in right now so that the optician can put in the new lenses that I need to have.

Right now I am using my old glasses which are ok but not ideal, so I do not want to strain my eyes by too much close work.

Looking forward to getting my new glasses tomorrow afternoon at 16.00 when Richie can go and collect the updated spectacles, for me.

Will be good to get the updated glasses tomorrow afternoon, shame that I have to wait so long.

Last year the optician made my new spectacles the day after he came and measured my eyes for the new glasses.

I can hardly wait for my new glasses as already after just 30 minutes, the old ones are starting to bother me quite abit.

Richie has just gone down to the opticians now and will come back via the market and MyCom.

Once I have posted this I shall have to take it very easy and sadly that means no reading or writing for me until tomorrow afternoon.

Quiet day today after yesterday’s excitement of going to the market, enjoyed myself there so much.

Richie told me later at home that I had been beaming the whole time we were out.

Could see that on the two photos Richie took, I look very happy indeed and so I was.

Best day for a very long time; really great getting down the market once again after two pretty long years.

Was good fun rolling around the market again and looking at the stalls and saying hello to some of the stall holders.

So good to see that the stalls looked as good as I had remembered them also good to see new shops and cafes.

Nice to see that the market and the shops and cafes on the street have not remained the same but are still constantly changing.

That is how life should be, always evolving and changing and not stagnating, good to see.

Brilliant to be out and about again in my neighbourhood gave me a huge boost and made me feel good.

Good to enjoy every moment that I possibly can, good to be open to these moments.

Will try to stay as open as possible.

Today started off with a pale blue sky and sunshine which has gne now and been replaced with cloud cover and the threat of rain.

At least we had some sunshine today not like xyesterday wshen wse woke tp a dreary rainy day, so dreary the kight had to bed put on otherwise I could not csee the keyboard well.

Woke up this morning early hours in great pain which was helped by thc which was good as it helped me get another couple of hours welcome sleep.

Shame the sun has gone it looked so pleasant, our lovely neighbfour Wikkes moved yesterday and already miss hearing vher voice outside under my window.

Hope she is settling in to her new place and will be very happy there, it will be odd not having her downstairs anymore, but as she said she will come by often.

Feeling very achy today lso it is very sticky warm weather does not have a good effect on me so my right hand is useless for now.

This could change again later and by this evening may be able to type with my right hand again.

The dogs are quite knocked out because of the weather so it is not just my MS that is so wiped out today.

Hope tomorrow will be a pleasant sunny day and swe can go down to the market, be good tob get there again.

Been such a very long time ago since 19 august 2008 when I was last cthedre xwsith Marianne on our weekly trip together.

Used to go every Saturday with Richie and get our big weekly shopping done which was always good fun.

Hope to have more good fun soon really looking forward to taking every opportunity to make and have fun soon.
