Another day of torrential rain was windy earlier but that has calmed down now and the long term forecast is for good weather at the weekend.
That is good news especially as the seating comes back from Summit covered in red on Friday, so for the next couple of days I can not sit in the wheelchair.
But the payback is that finally the chair will be covered and also look good, this will give me a big boost.
It will also make getting the hoist straps on to me much easier than right now which will make Richie’s task simpler and less pain for me and less stress for both of us.
Ton was here today to have a look at my skin, he was very pleased, says it has healed well and the skin looks good.
The slight dip in the skin from the large and deep wound is now starting to fill up which is excellent news.
Ton is off on holiday for three weeks, if there is anything we need help with we can get in touch with his colleague Miranda.
Great nurse Ton, he has been coming here now for two years and has been brilliant, a wonderful resource for Richie, who he has supported very well.
The other good news is that Nur has already had two interviews and he only got here last week Thursday, pretty good especially right now.
He has another two interviews lined up one for tomorrow and one for Friday, tomorrow is Unisys and Friday with Tom Tom, the navigation system.
Lots of positive things happening here today which is nice, good to see things progressing well.
Gives a positive feeling despite the grey cloudy weather, feeling so happy that I can see a hint of blue sky under the clouds.
Then the beautiful sun will be back to delight us all, can almost see and feel it, it is wonderful having a positive perspective.
