We Inspire Each Other.

Paul Gauguin.

Really enjoyed writing my post yesterday, good choosing the blogs that I wanted to give the You Inspire Me Award from Kris @ Behold the Metatron.

It was a lot of work made lighter because I enjoyed doing it so very much, good to let others know that they inspire me.

Important for me to let other bloggers know that they help to make my life better and easier because of their inspiration and support.
.
When I went to publish yesterdays post I made a happy discovery that all the links were made active without my having to do anything apart from click on the compose option.

That was a brilliant discovery especially as there were 50 links to be made active, so quite a  relief to find it would not take ages just a couple of clicks.

Nice to feel happy with Blogger instead of annoyed because of yet another glitch, as there are so often.

Today I am still enjoying choosing the blogs to pass on Kris’s fine award to yesterday, if I could have I would have given it to all the blogs I visit and read.

Hope that no one thinks that they are not inspirational because they were not on the post yesterday.

Yesterday I choose a cross section of all the blogs that I visit and enjoy reading again and again, good to know and experience that we all support and inspire each other.

Glorious Summer Weather.

Modern Abstract Art.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abstract_art

What a relief to hear Spike barking again not too long after I posted yesterday, he seeems to be more himself.

Guess it took him a few days to recover from lthe anaesthetic and the noise of the MRI machine, lI forgot about the noise until reminded by a caouple of people.

Am grateful to Stephany @ Soulful Sepulcher

http://bipolarsoupkitchen-stephany.blogspot.com/

And Muff @ Kaleidoscope Muff

http://kaleidoscopemuff.blogspot.com/

For reminding me that the MRI machine is extremely loud, it is as loud as putting your head in the speakers at a Metallica concert.

Forgot that it took me two or three days to recover from being tranquilised to have an MRI, the noise was horrendous despite headphones playing me classical music.

Also grateful for the comment that Hayley @ Multiple Sclerosis Affects Loved Ones Too!

http://hayleysexperience.blogspot.com/

Left where she says that her dog had a slipped disk which was repaired ten years ago and she is still moving well at the ripe old age of 16.

This gives us hope tlhat Spike’s problems can be solved, which would be really good, hate to see our Spike not being able to be himself.

Would be nice if people were to visit all three blogs as I am sure they all would appreciate your visits and comments.

Especially Hayley whose partner Tanja is in hospital after a nasty MS relapse as a result of having a cyst removed.

It is Tanja’s first big relapse since before early last year, it seems to have hit her very hard and Tanja is experiencing dreadful pain.

I hope the IV steroids she is now on help and she can go home to Hayley as soon as possible.

It is a stinky hot day here am going to finish this post now and find some pictures; and post this and enjoy this glorious summer day.

Sunny Days and Blogs.

Peruvian Art

Sunny day today again, it has been pleasant here since last Thursday, today it is about 22 degrees, weather which is comfortable.

Nice to hear the mellow sounds from outside, can hear the blackbird, he sounds very laidback and relaxed singing in his backyard.

Soon be time for the World Cup noticed again how exciting it gets at the end of the football season, which always happens at a gallop.

One minute it is the end of January and plenty of time and next moment it’s near the end of May and the final gripping games are happening.

This year Chelsea won the FA Cup and League and Blackpool went back up into the Premiership for the first time in 39 years since 1971.

Very exciting and good games too plus all the fun of seeing Jose Moriniho's team Inter Milan beat Bayern for the European Cup.

Had a lot of pain this morning, my arms are so stiff first thing when I wake up, hate the way any movement triggers off lots of arm cramps.

My arms get folded over my chest and clamped tightly together which is difficult to prise apart.

Takes me about 20 minutes to half an hour to finally get my arms stretched out and above the covers.

Then slowly I can get my hands to grip onto the trapeze hanging over my bed, as soon as I am able to hold on and lift my shoulders off the bed I start to do my arm exercises.

Really noticeable that once I have done the arm exercises that I can use my arms and hands and they are no longer stiff and painful.

After Richie did my leg exercises and massage and I took my baclofen pills, we drank a cup of tea together, and then I am keen to check on my mail and write my blog post for today.

Since I stopped eating chocolate right after Easter it has become more noticeable in my face that I am no longer adding layers off fat around my face.

It was getting to the point where my individuality was being lost, now a month and a half since my face is becoming mine again.

Feel pleased with myself for recognising what was happening and stopping the behaviour right away.

Did the same with tobacco and then with smoking weed, both of which I stopped without tapering off.

Not easy to stop a habit, it was a daily thing to smoke and recently to eat some chocolate, often after dinner and desert.

Then the shock and horror as I almost did not recognise myself, know that I could have refused to accept the truth and carried on eating a couple of pieces everyday.

Glad I accepted the truth and stopped, which was not easy to do as everyday there comes that chocolate moment.

Still had cravings so I started eating apples and other delicious fruit instead which is so much better for me, and I enjoy it much more.

I am feeling better and looking better and best of all I am beginning to enjoy my appearance again and putting on bits of jewellery and perfume.

Happy Anticipation.

Geometric Design.

It is Thursday, shame Steve @ The Wheel of Fortuna can't pop by again today, that would be brilliant.

http://spinfortunaswheel.blogspot.com/

Think we will have to wait until Star Trek technology is available to us for that to happen.

Visiting other blogs is I guess a virtual reality way of beaming around the blog world which is brilliant.

I am very happy that I started my blog when I did in 2006 as it has been such a great way to be in contact with so many people.

Brilliant to have somewhere to tell my story and give my point of view, it is wonderful that so many people want to share the experience with me.

It is great to get so much support and friendship and love from so many wonderful people in this great blogging world.

I am very cheered up by Ton taking a loo0k and saying that he thought that the skin should heal quickly.

Hope he is right, Richie said that it was half the size it was on Sunday so sounds very much like the healing is well on the way.

So I am hoping Ton's prediction is correct and I shall be sitting up in my wheelchair very soon and enjoying being outside again.

I can't hardly wait but wait, but I will in happy anticipation.

Looks Like Winter But Could Be Spring.

Thanks to getting the Beautiful Blogger from wonderful Lucy @ What is Left Of A Whole New Life

http://whatlifeisabout-lucy.blogspot.com/

I could indulge in my favourite thing passing it on to other blogs.

I really enjoyed putting together Wednesday's post, did not realise how much work it would be.

Did it in 3 or 4 stages as I could not do 111 links plus names and blog names all at once.

Was delightful putting the names together, I very much like sharing and when I find good blogs I want to share that with as many people as possible.

Was very touched by the wonderful response and the sweet comments that I have had,

Can't believe how quickly it is Friday once again; wonder if it goes quicker when not worrying, I think it must help.

I used to almost vibrate with anxiety, have been doing very well recently and have not been consumed with worrying about what could happen.

Not good for me worrying, these days worrying and getting upset results in physical effects.

The other day when I got upset and cried, my body seemed to cramp up, the whole body felt like it had been locked down.

Felt as I imagined a straight jacket would feel so what with my MS girdle, which is literally a feeling of wearing a very tight girdle around your waist.

It is unpleasant and combined with the feeling of an internal tight diving suit and the straight jacket makes my joy complete.

What a horrible hat trick, and none of them can be got rid of, in fact the only thing I can do is let it happen and hope to somehow relax my muscles.

That is not an easy task not with MS which leads us all on such a ‘merry’ dance, one we can’t excuse ourselves from.

Well going to stop now as our dear friend Marianne will be round for a quick visit, looking forward to seeing her and hearing her news.

It is not a pretty sunny spring day, Richie says it feels a touch milder outside so despite looking like winter spring is slowly and quietly happening.

I intend to enjoy this moment.
