Well that’s day 4 nearly over, having to spend so much time in bed right now is horrible, especially without any adequate support.

So I am literally floundering around trying to keep my position, which is pretty impossible to do.

I hated having to have my physiotherapy in bed again, I managed ok, and Mathilde my physiotherapist, helped me get through it very well indeed

.

She is a wonderful woman, I am lucky to have her come here twice a week for 30 minutes on Monday as well as Thursday.

Because I am not able to sit well, I just can’t maintain a reasonable sitting position for more than a few minutes.

Sadly I shall have stop now because it’s too uncomfortable, it’s a shame as I have lots I want to write about.

Hopefully it will heal soon, Richie thinks it will take 2 weeks, please let him be right, in 2 weeks time I will have to slowly build up the time I can sit again.
