Horrible Shock..

Marc Chagall

Here are my thoughts about the new bed support, they are the same as my first thoughts, now with the additional worry it could give me a new pressure sore.

Since I tried the system it has torn my skin, it’s the old scar that is very vulnerable, yet it’s the first time since 2010.

Immediately sent e-mails to the rehabilitation clinic for help and advice which we need, I got told to stay in bed until it heals.

So upsetting, I was so looking forward to the temperature rising next week and going out

The second fitting is tomorrow between 13 and 13.30; I am very worried and upset and will tell them that it’s directly dangerous, for me with my recent pressure sore.

Right now I only have improvised support, which is giving me a terribly painful neck plus I am sitting very slumped.

I have no doubt Herrad and love that we can be friends now. Have a great week and hope for relief. Did you ever try sheepskin under you wound/scar places? Love, Mary

Soooo frustrating trying to get things right. I noticed the suggestion of sheepskin. Have you ever tried as a temporary solution? Or moleskin, or gel paks like go in shoes, etc? Kind of thinking outside the box until 'they' get it right.

Caregivingly Yours, Patrick
