BobRobert Has Died Please Visit Steve @ The Wheel Of Fortuna

Light A Candle For BobRobert.

Just visited Steve's blog late last night and read that BobRobert has sadly died.

Surrounded by the love of Steve and his family and close friends.

Please light a candle for BobRobert.

And please think of Steve.

Please go and visit and leave a supportive comment.

Very important we visit and support him the the weeks to come after BobRobert's passing as this is the really difficult time for the partner to come to terms with.

Let us support him as much as possible in this difficult time.

Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone

W. H. Auden

Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come.

Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message He Is Dead,
Put crepe bows round the white necks of the public doves,
Let the traffic policemen wear black cotton gloves.

He was my North, my South, my East and West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last for ever: I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now: put out every one;
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the wood.
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

Hello Herrad,

I am extremely sorry to read this sad news. From the photos Bob looks very lively,cheerful,fun loving and a wonderful man.

May God rest his soul in peace. I can understand that Steve will be shattered.But inscrutable are the ways of God.May God give Steve and you the courage and strength to bear this irreparable loss.

Yours in sorrow,
