Sure It Will Work Out Fine On The Day.

Had a very nice visit from Anne and Cecile this afternoon, really good to see them both, and looking so well.

I sent an e-mail to the MRI clinic this morning and explained the situation and got a swift reply with an appointment on Thursday.

We got lucky that the clinic had a spot free this week, so Richie has an MRI appointment for Spike this Thursday 24 June @ 15.30.

So glad it will happen quickly we are so worried about Spike, hope that the MRI will be helpful and give the Orthopaedic vet all the information he needs to treat Spike.

Feeling quite tearful thinking about Thursday, going to be strange Richie not being here all day, well from 11.30 until about 8.30 at night.

Sure that Nur and maybe a couple others will cope no problems, abit worried how I will manage as I slide over to the right after a few hours and need to be adjusted.

We shall see sure it will work out fine on the day.

Herrad, don't take chances. (That coming from one who always does!!) Why not see if someone can come and stay with you. Let us know how you make out.
Peace,
Muff

A "dry run" day is a really good idea. Pretend Richie isn't there and see how well you and Nur cope.

So glad Spike is going to get the test he needs, and so soon!

Hope the day goes well, Herrad, and that the MRI reveals what the vet needs to know to care for Spike.

It will be OK, the people who help that day will do a good job. No worries. It's just one day. I say that as a person who always needs to hear that.

No worries, it will be OK.

Oh Herrad,
I'm sure you will miss just having Richie there for you as he knows just how everything goes. But I am also sure you will have no trouble explaining to Nur and your other friends what needs to be done (and how). You are such a sweetheart, and so kind, I'm certain your friends will be more than happy and able to help you no matter what.
