Life Happens Here and Now.

Slept very badly last night, despite the hash chocolate, it seems that hash keeps me awake unlike weed which makes me dreamy.

Had a very good day today, Ton Peeks from the RCA was here today and again he was very satisfied about the good condition of the skin where the wound had healed.

That is good news, in fact this is very good news indeed.

At the end of the afternoon Gareth phoned to see if it was ok for him and Paul to come round.

About an hour and a half later they were here and it was brilliant seeing they again, realised once they were here how long ago February had been when we had seen them for the last time

Really excellent seeing them again, real nice to have such good friends visiting us, just a shame that their visit is always over so quickly.

Mind you even a long visit could not be long enough not with two fine friends like Gareth and Paul.

Do not think that I will ever get used to the fact that Gareth does not live here anymore, it is 6 years ago that he moved back to Wales now.

Typically even though we lived so close we did not see him as often as we wanted, but that was no problem until he moved away.

Once he had moved we missed him terribly.

That was another good lesson how not to put things off for the good moment, the ideal moment.

There is no ideal moment, and searching for one may mean you miss out on living; we have to live in the moment and not put life on hold.

Life happens here and now and it is a good resolution, one we have to renew every day if we want it to be our reality.

So true ... here and now.
Glad you saw your friends.

Heard that a neighbor past away last night. He'd come home. Odd, I don't even know him .. only his name. He lives in my development but down the road.

I've probably said hello while I was in my yard and he was walking his dog.

Still I felt very sad for his family and his wife.

At least they got to say good bye ..

(I so hope you have a better nights rest)

I plan on enjoying my evening ...

Arriving home was indeed a moment that I was looking forward to very much.
So many things, belonging to the past, that sadly I can't change anymore, so many things still belonging to the future, I'd like to discover.
Afterwards, well, it still is hard not to compare it with eachother - yet in the end, it's truely the moment that counts.
Again Herrad, you are a great teacher.
A wonderful Thursday for you all.

Perfect Zen perspective. Live in the moment. I still have visions of the stagehands carrying you to a soft bed and having a concert experience again. It is cleansing and re invigorating. Do you have ambulances or friends who drive them? I will dream. Love, Mary

I guess now you know to skip the hash before bedtime and stick with the THC for a better night's sleep. Maybe try 'hash browns' for breakfast LOL. (I know, very little joke that's probably lost in translation. Oh well.)

Glad you got to see your friends. That brightens the day a little. I enjoy very much the baby deer and the dog and all. It is so heart warming. The friendship was a good one also. I really enjoy them.
