Sunny and Blue Skies in November.

Autumn.

Seemed to be drifting off to sleep only to realise hours later that it was not happening so woke up Richie for some help.

Soon went off to sleep and slept until 11 am which was very pleasant indeed, woke up dreaming about making bread out of black eyed peas!

A strange dream, though guess you could add black eye peas to bread dough, but would I really want to do so.

Did have a space chocolate but it did not seem to have any effect, so after several hours of sleep not happening, got Richie to give me a muscle relaxant tablet, which seemed to work reasonably quickly.

Richie says I seemed to go off to sleep quickly after the tablet, wonder whether the space chocolate finally worked too.

Might have done when I was no longer worried about was it happening or not, that is the time when both worked.

Could explain the excellent sleep which I had last night, nothing woke me up, which was wonderful.

I usually hear everything; can be annoying, as Richie can’t creep off to the toilet, without it waking me up.

I think that both worked which gave me a brilliant peaceful night’s sleep.

Today is sunny with blue skies despite the forecasts of terrible weather, down pouring of rain along with high winds.

So far nothing, just blue skies and the occasional white fluffy cloud and a never ending line of little Great Tits and Blue Tits landing and departing with nuts at the bird feeder.

November through to February and March are top visiting times at the bird feeder after March the birds all concentrate on insects.

I'm glad you had a great sleep! I did too! I went to an aromatherapy shop yesterday and bought a "Sleepy Head" essential oil mix. A few drops on my pillow seemed to really do the trick! It's sunny and blue skies here too, but we've got cold and rain for tomorrow! Hope you have a great Saturday!!!!

Hi Rain,
Think I slept well thanks to a hash chocolate and a relaxing pill.
Wonder what oils you inhaled and whether it would help me too.
The tree pictures are good especially the one with the sun.

Hi JC,
Thanks for your visit too.

Hey Herrad, I just sent you an email, but I'll post the essential oil ingredients here too:

bergamot
lavender
mandarin
roman chamomile
marjoram
spikenard

I dropped maybe 5 drops of it on a little pillow I made and the aroma really relaxed me! I hope it keeps working!

The pics are great. My hubby is in Amsterdam this week. It's starting to become his hangout. He goes there so much on business.

Spending a couple of days 'home' where everything is so quiet made me wanting to listen to it so much, in the end I woke up next morning, and all was still quiet.

A wonderful new week for you all.
