Last night was not such a good night we were both very tired, my ms was playing nasty tricks.
So regretfully I cancelled an appointment with 3 people, my occupational therapist, and the council’s mobility advisor, and a mobility advisor from Welzorg all at 12.
Abit much when I was not feeling good, not the best way to chose a different option.
Another appointment did go ahead; I now have an arm lifter to help lift my arm.
It’s a nifty gadget which works well and seems a good addition to my aids.

heres hoping both happen often.
the lifter supports the arm so when i lift my arm the motor lifts it for me.
