Happy Summer Solstice!!! Lovely artwork there, and I'm hungry for those pancakes!!! I got to you early for a change, lol! We had a great summer day today, perfect for the first day of summer. Hot and humid, I may be a freak, but I really like the summer that way!

Dear Herrad:

Happy Summer Solstice I guess? I'm kind of new to these pagan holidays; so I hope I handled this correctly.

I sacrificed a stuffed animal instead of the live goat if that's OK; I tend to get way too emotional at live sacrifice ceremonies to be honest.

I did strip down and run around the neighborhood wearing nothing but rainbow colored body paints if that gets me extra points.

The neighbors appeared less than enthusiastic about my exuberant holiday celebrations and called the police though.

That took almost five hours of explanation and claiming my constitutional right to freedom of expression, religion, and speech.

After posting bail, I'm now home again reflecting on this wonderful holiday experience with warm regards, contemplation, and thankfulness.

I believe I will choose a more subdued approach next year if that within the holiday guidelines.

I truly hope your having a great Day, and the summer sun is shining down upon every espect of your life.

Hi Kris,
The panckes were great, Richie put lots of maple syrup on them and eaten with strawberries.

H Stan,
If you were to join or form your own Morris Men ou would be able to celebrate in style.

I bet there were some neighbours who enjoyed the rainbow body paint.

Sounds kind of exciting, perhaps too exciting for most.

Hi Lanette,

Great that the weather has been good for a month already, hope it is not too hot for you.

Hi Kimberly,
Nice to hear from you, glad it is not too hot for you.
Will look at your pics as soon as I post this.

Hope you all have a good day.
Thanks for yolur visit.
Love,
Herrad
