About trying to live with ms and discovering that suddenly most places are inaccessible and that life as a handicapped person is very different.

Before posting today I went to look at blogs that have recently updated and went to Braincheese
http://brain-cheese.blogspot.com/2009/06/light-blogger-candle.html
and read that Sherry's daughter Nicole had died.
Just like Linda from Braincheese words escaped me too.
I immediately visited Sherry's blog Word Saladsthe Demyelination of Me
http://wordsalads.blogspot.com/
and learned her daughter died yesterday 10 June.
Like Linda I too will light a BLOG CANDLE for Sherry and her daughter and hope you
might also do the same on YOUR blog or, if you do not author a blog,
light a symbolic candle in your heart.
Though miles may separate us, there is more than MS that bonds us all.
That glue, my friends, is LOVE...
Peace, comfort, and LOVE to you, Sherry.

Hi Herrad, nice of you to light the candle. I'm sorry for Sherry's loss.
Just touching base with you, hope you are well and Spike is okay.
Hi Rain,
Thanks for coming by, we know the op went well and Spike is awake.
Richie can fetch him at 17.30.
Really miss him it is so much quieter without him.
Marleen misses him too, she cried a little when Spike and Richie left this morning.
Love,
Herrad
Oh no poor Marlene!!! I know that Winston gets upset when Spencer's not around. Good news that Spike is awake. The last time my guys had surgery, I was so nervous from the anesthesia...I've heard horror stories from pug owners, has to do with the lack of snout or something like that. I'm sure you're both so relieved!
I just re-read my comment when it came to my email, it sounds like I said that I was under anesthesia, rotfl...you knew what I meant I'm sure, ha ha!
Hi Rain,
It was a relief to hear he was awake real quick.
When Richie left him at the vet's his last sight of Spike was cuddled up in the assistants arms and giving the young woman wee kisses.
That's our sweet boy!
Love,
Herrad
Very sad news, life is a fragile thing, even more reason to appreciate what we have.
hugs to Spike, glad he is out of surgery.
HUGS to you, Herrad.
Hi Stephany,
Thanks for coming by, big hugs to you too.
Love,
Herrad
I looked up her blog and read about what happened to her daughter.
So sad ... my D had trouble with pneumonia this fall too. Scary ...
