Roberto
Matta.
Yesterday's
visit to the hospital for the catheter change was quite a tiring one despite
the fact that it went well.
it was a
medical day yesterday, as we were both going to get a flu jab from our doctor
Dagma, who was going to be here mid-afternoon.
When she
had not come by 1600 I telephoned to the surgery and got the doctor herself,
she told me it had been so busy they had temporarily forgotten us.
she
promised to come around as soon as she had finished giving the other patients
their flu injections.
I had been
given the choice between yesterday or the next day, I'd choose for yesterday as
I did not want to have to think about it for another day.
the doctor
arrived an hour later with only one injection for me, she had forgotten the one
for Richie so he will have to visit the surgery for his jab.
as soon as
the Dr left we could relax and really enjoy the evening which got much better
at 2300 when we watched Later with Jools Holland on BBC2.
it was a
good show with lots of new artists who were new for us, it was nice to see them
and I look forward to seeing the extended show on Friday this week.
the
performers were Soundgarden, Bat for Lashes, Trey Songz, Two Doors
Cinema Club, Bhi Bhiman and the Staves.
