Yesterday was very good really pleased that I did not get panicked by the clash of appointments and got it sorted.

After that relaxed and everything went well saw all three friends and the physio came round for thirty minutes of hard work.

Organised the paperwork for Cecile and was all ready to see her when she arrived, it was really charming to see her and looking so well too.

Being busy writing several articles for publication and being on a couple radio shows has done her alot of good.

Good to see a good writer being heard and credited for her good work.

Sadly she left before Darren arrived would have liked to introduce them perhaps another time.

It was brilliant seeing Darren really nice to catch up abit and hear some of his news.

He was hoping to get a job here for awhile, be nice to see him more often which would be possible if he were living in Amsterdam liked he used to.

Later after Darren had long left Richie got me out of bed and showered and dried and dressed me.

We had a wonderful dinner of freshly made ravioli filled with pine nuts and parmesan cheese and baked in a rich tomato aubergine sauce with peccorino cheese on mine and Garstang Blue (Blue Cheese from Lancashire).

Delicious!

A relaxing time was spent before putting the lights out very late.

Had a great nights sleep was up early again at 7 am o0ne bag of thc later and my pains were quietened enough for me to sleep until 11.30.

Not such a nice day today heard it was raining at 7 am and now the sun is there behind the clouds and trying to break through.

Very pleasant surprise today I received an award from Tara from

Really nice of you Tara and a good bit of fun on this mostly grey day, hope it gets better for Darren as he is only here unil Monday.

Now comes the fun bit of picking 5 blogs to pass the award on to I shall have fun choosing the five this afternoon.

Really only see these awards as light hearted fun and abit of bonding and a bit of encouragement and support plus the chance to discover new blogs.

I am off to do this now will enjoy looking very much.

Hope the sun is shining for you.

Hi Herrad! I'm glad you had a fun day. Your dinner made my mouth drool. You know, I myself probably would have had a full blown panic attack with all of that spontaneous social activity!

Hi Rain,

I panicked wanted to cancel everything then deconstructed what was happening and could change one appointment and felt much better.

Glad I did cope, Richie was too.
Have a good evening.
Love
Herrad

I'm glad you were able to cope with all of that input too, it was a lot for sure.

That ravioli sounds like heaven, mmmm!!!! I think the sun will be out here finally for a few days. It had gotten REALLY muddy and the grass has grown several inches.

Hope you both have a pleasant evening!
